SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Shipping & Rates

Viva La Vida Imports ships domestically within the United States and U.S. Territories from our shop in Detroit, Michigan.

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight, dimensions, origin, and expected delivery time. All shipments are sent via USPS or UPS.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays.

Please note: Viva La Vida Imports is not responsible for carrier delays once your package is in transit. If your package is delayed, please contact your local post office or courier directly.

In-Store & Curbside Pickup

Local customers are welcome to choose in-store or curbside pickup at our Detroit location.

When can I pick up my order?

Orders are available for pickup during our regular in-store hours. Since our hours may vary by season, please check our current schedule before visiting to ensure we’re open.

Customers have one week (7 days) from the time of order fulfillment to pick up their order. Orders not picked up within this timeframe will be automatically refunded without prior notice.

Where do I park?

We reserve a parking spot in front of our store for local pickup and curbside customers. Please call or text (313) 740-6588 upon arrival so we can bring your order out to you.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order is returned to us and the items are undamaged, you will receive a refund for the products only (shipping costs excluded).

If a shipping label cannot be created due to address issues, we’ll attempt to contact you by email. If we do not receive a response within 24 hours, your order will be canceled and fully refunded.

Stolen or Missing Packages

Viva La Vida Imports is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. If this occurs, please contact your local USPS or UPS office directly to file a claim. Orders cannot be refunded or replaced once marked delivered.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped. If you have not received tracking information within a few days of purchase, please contact support@vivalavidaimports.com
