By placing an order with us, you are accepting our Shipping Policy. If you do not accept or you have any questions regarding our policy please do not hesitate to contact us, so we may assist you in answering your questions. 

When will I receive my order? 

We currently ship our orders every Monday and Friday, so that we can coordinate with our market and Facebook/Instagram live show schedule. We ship with USPS First Class and Priority Mail. In most cases, packages are delivered within 3 business days. However, you may experience longer than usual transit times due to COVID-19. 

Does Viva La Vida Imports ship internationally? 

We ship outside of the United States. However, we kindly ask that you contact us prior to placing an international order to discuss shipping rates since they vary depending on location.


Customers are fully responsible for paying for their own shipping charges for returning or exchanging an item. A return shipping label is not provided.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless a mistake has been made on our part, e.g., damaged or incorrect items.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Please be advised that it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the address has been entered correctly. We do not take responsibility for items that could not be shipped to their destination because of an incorrect or undeliverable address. 

Refunds or exchanges will not be issued on the basis of an incorrect address. If a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, shipping charges will not be refunded. Therefore, we kindly ask you to carefully enter and review your address before placing an order with us in order to avoid any misunderstanding.

If you realize there is a problem with your address, please contact us as soon as possible, and we would be happy to fix it! 


We do not offer returns or exchanges on missing packages that have been marked as delivered. Please contact your local post office for any missing packages that have been delivered.
