DOMESTIC SHIPPING AND RATES
Viva La Vida Imports ships domestically within the United States and U.S. Territories from Detroit, Michigan.
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout. All shipments are through USPS and UPS.
*Shipping costs are determined by package weight, dimensions, origin, and expected delivery times.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays.
Viva La Vida Imports is not responsible for any shipping delays. Please contact your local post office or mail courier for any package delays.
IN-STORE / CURBSIDE PICKUP
Local customers can opt for in-store or curbside pickup in Detroit, MI - for directions to our store, click HERE.

Where do I park?
We reserve a parking spot in front of our store for local pickup and curbside orders. Please call/text (313) 740-6588 to notify us of your arrival.
*Reserved parking unavailable during the Eastern Market Season.
When can I pick up my order?
Orders placed Monday-Thursday will be available for pickup during our in-store and curbside pickup hours. Orders placed on Friday or Saturday will be available for pickup the following day. Orders placed on Sunday will be available for pickup the following Friday. Customers have one weekend to pick up their local or curbside order. Orders past the allotted time will be refunded without notice.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please ensure all shipping information is correct when placing an order. Shipping costs will not be refunded if a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address.
If a package is left unclaimed or returned to sender, customers will be refunded for the item(s) as long as the item(s) are undamaged and in the same condition before shipment. Please keep in mind shipping costs will not be refunded.
If a shipping label cannot be created due to issues with the given address, we will attempt to contact you for an address correction via e-mail. If no response is received within 24 hours, a full refund will be issued, and your order will be canceled.

STOLEN/MISSING PACKAGES
Viva La Vida Imports is not responsible for any missing or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office or mail courier for missing or stolen packages, as your order cannot be refunded or exchanged if marked delivered by the post office or mail courier.
ORDER TRACKING
Your order tracking number is given at the time of checkout. Please contact support@vivalavidaimports.com if you have not received a tracking number for your order.
