To request a refund, please email us at support@vivalavidaimports.com within 7 days of receiving your order. If your refund is approved, we'll provide instructions for returning the item. Once received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

All our products are handmade by artisans in Mexico, making each piece one of a kind. Natural variations in embroidery, patterns, colors, placement, lace details, and other handcrafted details are an expected part of the artisan process.
These variations are clearly described throughout our product listings and illustrated in our product photos. They are not considered defects, damage, or incorrect items. Accordingly, returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be approved solely because a handmade item differs from the example photos or because the customer preferred a different variation

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to approved returns or exchanges unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or was fulfilled incorrectly.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost incurred by Viva La Vida Imports may be deducted from your refund.
