REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Viva La Vida Imports, every piece is handmade and crafted with care by artisans in Mexico — our home country and the heart of our inspiration. Because each item is made individually, slight variations in color, texture, or finish are natural and celebrated as part of the artisanal process — they are not considered defects.

We value your trust and want you to feel confident with every purchase, so we’ve outlined our policy below to keep things clear and fair for everyone.

REFUNDS

Due to the handmade and exclusive nature of our products, refunds are generally not offered unless:

    • Your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, or

    • You contact us within 7 days of delivery and your refund request is approved on a case-by-case basis.

To request a refund, please email us at support@vivalavidaimports.com within 7 days of receiving your order. If your refund is approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning the item. Once received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note:

    • Items must be unused, unaltered, and in the same condition you received them, with proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or shipping confirmation).

    • Sale items are final sale and not eligible for refund or exchange.

EXCHANGES

We’re happy to offer exchanges for store credit within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unaltered, and in their original condition with proof of purchase.

To initiate an exchange, please contact us at support@vivalavidaimports.com. Once your exchange is approved, we’ll email you next steps. 

Please note that customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges.

DAMAGED, FAULTY, OR INCORRECT ORDERS

In the rare event your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll take full responsibility and offer a full refund or store credit, including all related shipping costs.

Claims submitted after 7 days from the delivery date cannot be accepted.

CANCELLATIONS

We do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before checkout and contact us promptly if you notice an issue.

SHIPPING COSTS

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges or returns, unless your order was damaged or fulfilled incorrectly. Shipping costs are otherwise non-refundable.
