Due to the exclusive availability and handmade nature of our products, we are unable to conduct any refunds or returns unless there is an error with your order.* Items may be eligible for exchange, provided they are unused, unaltered, in the same condition you received, and accompanied by proof of purchase** within 7 days of delivery. Please review your order carefully and email us before checkout if there are any questions.
*Items are damaged during transit, faulty, or incorrect.
**Proof of purchase may be a physical copy of your receipt, order confirmation, or shipment confirmation for your online order. Items unaccompanied by proof of purchase will not be considered for exchange.

Given the nature of our products, we may only accept exchanges for store credit. Customers can exchange in-store or initiate an online exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unused, unaltered, and in the same condition that you received them, accompanied by proof of purchase. Proof of purchase may be a physical copy of your receipt, order confirmation, or shipment confirmation for your online order. Items unaccompanied by proof of purchase will not be considered for exchange.
To initiate an online exchange, contact us at email@example.com within 7 days of the delivery date. Any exchange after 7 days from the delivery date will not be considered. If your exchange is accepted, further instructions will be emailed to you. You will have an additional 7 business days after the exchange request was accepted to ship your exchange. Store credit will be processed upon receiving your package and receipt confirmation. Please allow 7-10 business days for your exchange to be processed. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
Customers are fully responsible for paying for their shipping charges for exchanging an order. Please note that a return shipping label will not be provided when placing an order online. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
Shipping costs may only be refundable in the case of damaged items during transit, or if your order has been fulfilled incorrectly.
DAMAGED ITEMS│INCORRECT ORDERS | FAULTY ITEMS
In the rare event your order has been fulfilled incorrectly, faulty, or damaged in transit, we, Viva La Vida Imports, will take full responsibility for your items and issue a full refund of your order or issue store credit within 7 days of order delivery date.
Customers are responsible for inspecting their order(s) upon delivery. If your items were damaged during transit, received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of the delivery date with proof of damaged/incorrect item(s) attached to your email.
Claims must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date to be accepted.
