To be eligible for a full return or exchange, items must be unused, unaltered and in the same condition that you received it. We also require a proof of purchase. Your receipt or proof of purchase can be a copy of the confirmation order or shipment confirmation from your online order.
- We do not issue any refunds, but we gladly accept returns and exchanges. Please review your order very carefully prior to checkout.
- To be eligible for a return or an exchange, items must be unused, unaltered and in the same condition that you received it.
- Accepted within 14 days of delivery. In the case of a return, we offer store credit only. Products received after 14 days will not qualify for a full credit or an exchange.
- You are responsible for the returned item until it is delivered to us, just as we are responsible for the shipped item until it is delivered to you.
- We do not offer returns or exchanges on missing packages that have been marked as delivered. Please contact your local post office for any missing packages that have been delivered.
- Once your item is received and inspected:
- Returns: we will issue you a store credit in the form of a gift card within 5 business days.
- Exchanges: we will process the exchange within 5 business days subject to availability. If the desired item is not available for exchange, we will issue you a store credit in the form of a gift card within 5 business days instead.
- ALL ITEMS ON SALE ARE FINAL SALE. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.
- We encourage you to try on the huaraches on a carpeted surface prior to use to avoid damaging the item, and therefore still eligible for a return.
- If the huaraches are returned in worn or damaged condition, the store credit will NOT be issued and/or the exchange will NOT be processed, and the huaraches will NOT be returned to you.
We do not accept cancellations. We kindly ask you to review your order thoroughly prior to checkout, but do not hesitate to contact us if you have any issues with your order.
Customers are fully responsible for paying for their own shipping charges for returning or exchanging an item. A return shipping label is not provided.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless a mistake has been made on our part, e.g., damaged or incorrect items.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
DAMAGED ITEMS│INCORRECT ORDERS
We package our products as delicately as possible, especially our most fragile items. However, we understand damages can occur during shipment. When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damages as soon as you have received it. If damage occurred to your item(s) in your shipment or if you received an incorrect item, please notify us immediately.
