Due to the exclusive availability and handmade nature of our products, we are unable to conduct any refunds or returns unless there was an error on our part. However, we will gladly accept exchanges. Please review your order very carefully and email us prior to checkout if there are any questions.
ALL ITEMS ON SALE ARE FINAL SALE. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.
Given the nature of our products, we only accept exchanges for store credit. To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unused, unaltered and in the same condition that you received it. We also require a proof of purchase. Your receipt or proof of purchase can be a copy of the confirmation order or shipment confirmation from your online order.
To start an exchange, contact us at email@example.com within 7 days of the delivery date. Any exchange after 7 days from the delivery date will not be considered. If your exchange is accepted, we will give you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. You will have an additional 7 days after the exchange was accepted to ship your package. Once we receive your exchange, we will confirm receipt of the package and process the store credit via email. Please allow 7-10 business days for your exchange to be processed.
Customers are fully responsible for paying for their own shipping charges for exchanging an item. A return shipping label is not provided.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless a mistake has been made on our part, e.g., damaged or incorrect items.

In order to provide you with peace of mind, we take full responsibility for damaged items, incorrect orders, and faulty items.
When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damages as soon as you have received it. If damage occurred to your item(s) in your shipment or if you received an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date with pictures of the damaged or incorrect item(s) attached to your email for faster resolution time.
Claims must be submitted within 7 days from the date received to be accepted.
We do not accept cancellations. We kindly ask you to review your order thoroughly prior to checkout. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any issues with your order.
